How frequently one should visit dentist ?
There will be constant & continuous changes in the mouth as mouth is the complex structure of the body and the major sole path way of digestive system. Hence forth every six months one should visit their dentist.
 
Does extraction affect eyesight?
The nerve supply & blood supply is entirely different for eyes & teeth. Henceforth there is no complication after extraction of teeth.
 
For how land does the anesthetic effect lasts?
Factors effecting anesthetic effect differ from situation to situation.

After extraction cold pack (ice cubs wrapped in any plane/meat cloth) ice cream is proffered diet should be soft, cold and shouldn't be spiky.

In mild gingival infections are severe then L.A spray is done & sealing is performed.
 
Does R.C.T last for ever?
Root canal treatment (R.C.T) is the measure taken to prolong the efficiency of natural tooth. So factors affecting the durability of R.C.T tooth varies from person to person & maintained, of oral hygiene.
Usually R.C.T is considered to be successful if it lasts for 7 to 9 years.

Earlier it is thought to be corrected before ossification but now as dentistry is advanced orthodontists are performing correction procedures even after the age of 45. But underlying condition of crowding & spacing should not be related to periodontal origin.
